Near Shinagawa Station, there is a section called Shinatatsu, where 7 ramen noodle restaurant gather. Higomons is one of the 7 there and they server Kumamoto style ramen (Tonkotsu).
Tonkotsu ramen. Very good, tranditional tonkotsu ramen. 650 yen.
