We went to Yamadaya again. This time I had tonkotsu ramen. It is rather traditional tonkotsu ramen and good. 

They opened another restaurant in Westwood. Also they will open one more in Costa Mesa tomorrow.

A big place. Packed with mostly young people. They have Torrance location as well and plan to open in Costa Mesa and Westwood soon.

I had Kotteri Tonkotsu w/gyoza and fried rice combination. 

My wife had spicy Tonkotsu (level 2. You can choose from level 1 to level 3 (most spicy)).

This ramen place is in Rolling Hills Plaza and it is where Koraku used to be. 

Shio ramen. Very light soup with bonito flavor. Not too salty. Good.

Tonkotsu ramen. Thick soup. Just OK for me.
