Tonkotsu ramen (@Sanpachi, Vancouver CANADA)

I was in Vancouver for business and went to this ramen place in downtown Vancouver. It is very crowded with mostly young people. Had a wide selection of ramens.

I had tonkotsu ramen, which is usually my first choice. While I wish the soup is a bit thicker, it is reasonable taste. Noodle was thick one (tonkotsu ramen, traditionally, uses thin noodles).

Tantan-men. Very spicy with good sesame flavor.

Set menu comes with small fried rice. Also very good. The set is 830 yen (about $10).
